Going to Grandma's

Well we have had a nice time at Grandma's house. We came up here on Saturday and we are leaving tomorrow (Tuesday). We have done so much. The biggest news of the weekend has nothing to do with me. Riley has been potty training all weekend. They say she is doing a good job. She has only had four accidents all weekend. Mommy has been setting her watch to go off and Riley knows that that mean she has to go potty. I had a great weekend without accidents too, until today. My poo went all the way up my back and I mean up my back, to my shoulders. It was really yucky. I don't know why it does that.

Another big step in my life, today I ate real food for the first time. I mean I have had cereal, but today I had squash and I hated it. It was so disguesting. I mean who made that stuff. I could not even handle having it in my mouth. I kept shaking my head and spitting it out and Mommy just kept trying to shove it back in. I mean can't she take a hint? Daddy says that one day I will love it and just want to keep eating more and more, but I just don't see that happening.

Well keep looking for more great things from me because mommy says that in the next six months I am going to be doing some pretty amazing stuff.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Today is my first St. Patrick's Day. Mommy and Daddy tell me that I am part Irish. I don't know what that means but everybody had to wear green today. And I managed to stay in my green outfit all day without getting it messy! That is quite an accomplishment for me.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Six Months Old

I am six months old now. I am doing so much. I still love to laugh and love to talk. Mommy can get me to laugh all the time. I always have such big smiles for her, probably because I am always looking for my next meal. I went to the doctor. The happy notes were that I was still growing. I am 18 lbs 15oz and 26 inches long. Still getting bigger. The bad notes were that I have RSV, I don't know don't ask me, something to do with my breathing. I also have another ear infection so that means more medicine. Dr. Howell says that if I don't get rid of this ear infection then I am going to have to get tubes. Riley already got tubes, but Dr. Howell also said that one of Riley's tubes already fell out and the other is trying to get out. It looks like we may be getting tubes together. Mommy says that she hopes that neither one of us has to get tubes.

I am starting to roll over. It is so much fun. When Mommy or Daddy lays me down under my jungle gym I wrap my feet around the bar and I get myself turned over. I don't know why I do it though because I don't like the view once I am on my belly. So then I just scoot myself everywhere. Mommy and Daddy wonder when I am going to start crawling. That will be a lot of fun. I can't wait to crawl. I hope I do it soon.

I am drooling everywhere and soaking at least three bibs a day. Mommy says she can not feel any teeth though. She says she does not want me to get teeth yet for two reasons. One I will just look too big and Two, well she says I might bite her. I don't know why she is so worried about me biting her.

I am getting big keep checking in to see how much I grow and change. Oh and look down the side I have all of my pictures updated and you can see me from 0 to 6 months.

First Bath With Riley

Riley and I took a bath together for the first time. It was so much fun. Mommy had to hold me up but it was fun. We were in her duck. Mommy says that as soon as I can sit up myself that we will get to take baths together all of the time. I just can't wait. Riley and I will get to splash around together all of the time. She makes it look like so much fun and I already love taking baths. I scream at Mommy and Daddy when they take me out. Riley and I are going to be double trouble in the bath tub. I wonder if Mommy and Daddy will let us use the jets?

Cereal

I started eating rice cereal two weeks ago. Now I am getting to eat it twice a day. I am so excited because I get to sit up at the big table with Daddy, Mommy, and Riley. I have my own chair to eat my cereal in. I am really good at eating it. Mommy says that I am a pro and that I will start eating vegetables soon. What are vegetables? Riley says that my vegetables will not look like her vegetables. She says that they will be all mushy. I don't care if they are mushy as long as they are good. So look out veggies here I come. I bet I will just love to eat those too.
