Staying Up Late

Riley and I have decided that it is a lot of fun when you stay up late. We have been staying up really late the last week. Riley stays up until 9:30 and I stay up even later than that. Sometimes I stay up until 11:30. It is so much fun to spend more time with mommy and daddy. They keep trying to make us go to bed earlier. So far we are winning. However mommy and daddy do look really tired. I get mommy up to check on her usually once a night. She is doing okay when I yell for her (in case you were wondering). While she is up I figure she might as well feed me. I didn't wake her up last night though. She stayed up until almost 1:00 so I figured she needs all the sleep she is going to get with a 5:00 wake up call. Nine days until my first Christmas. I will let you know how it goes.

Missed Me?

I know that it has been forever since I have blogged and a lot has happened to me.

Mommy went back to work and that has kept me a little busy trying to keep up with things when I am gone at Alice's all day long.

So first things first I had my first Thanksgiving. It was really nice to meet Tia. That is my Aunt Adrienne. We call her that because it is spanish for aunt. I also got to meet Tio Brian, Rina, Carl, Rachel, Carl Michael, John, Nadine, Jenny, Erica, Stephanie, Andrew, Caroline, Mike, and Mimi. That is a lot of people for such a little girl. I also got to see where Grandma lived. She set up a room for Riley all by herself. She even filled it with toys. But she made mommy, daddy, and I share a room. I wonder if she will give me Tia's room when I am as big as Riley? I think Grandma gave herself the biggest shaft because she slept in the basement. I didn't understand all the hype on the food, but mommy says I will one day.

Mommy went back to work and Riley took me to meet my babysitter Alice. She is really nice. There sure are a lot of kids to look at there. I will never run out of things to entertain me there. Riley gets to go down stairs now with all of the big kids. I miss her a lot but she comes up to visit me sometimes.

I turned three months old. Everyone says I am such a big girl. I am, I know I am but I have not totally grown out of my three months clothing yet. Who knows how much I weigh I don't get on the scale these days.

I went to Mommy's surprise birthday party. Daddy threw it for her. She had a big smile on her face. Daddy did not let me in on that surprise I guess he thought I would spoil the surprise, but I am not really sure how I could have. Mommy is going to be 30. Is that old? I am not even one, so I guess that is pretty old.

That pretty much brings us up to date. I still spend a lot of time sleeping. Mommy says that I am a very good easy going baby. She is so lucky to have me. Daddy wonders why I keep spitting up on him and I tell him that I only do it on people I love. I am marking my territory. Riley is still trying to hug me and kiss me all of the time. Sometimes I think she loves me a little too much because she gives such intense hugs and kisses.

Santa is coming soon. If I don't talk to you before then I will let you know what he gives me.
