Two Month Check Up

I went for my two month check up last Friday the 6th. We had to wait an hour and 1/2 to see the doctor. That was a long time for Riley and I . Mommy said that we were really good to wait that long to see the doctor. Riley just played and I sat in the carseat carrier until I was too hungry and had to eat. Riley told me that I will learn that whenever mommy pulls out that pretty cloth it means it is time to eat. That is pretty exciting considering that is what I like to do most. I mean you can tell that I like to eat because I was 13 pounds even and 23 inches. Riley was only 11 pounds 11 ounces at her 2 month check up. Looks like I have her beat. Mommy says that it is not a competition and that I need to stop getting so big so fast. She had a tear in her eye when she said that so I think that she is sad that I have gotten so big and that I am already growing out of being her little baby. I have to grow up mommy you can always have another baby if you want to. The doctor said that I looked good. I just love Dr. Howell. She is so nice and always takes such good care of me.

Riley got three suckers on the way out. Mommy didn't get any for me. I mean I thought I was really good too. I mean I am the one that got all the shots and that stuff put in my mouth. I didn't see Riley have anything done to her. The world of injustice just keeps going.

I am starting to do so much. I smiled really big at mommy the other day. She just loves it when I do that, but I have not done it much. She told me that she can't wait until I smile all of the time. I am also starting to make a lot of noises. No not the ones coming from my butt, other ones, like little coos and ahhhhs. Mommy just loves it when I do that and Riley thinks that I am talking to her.
